Maybe you can't find a "sponsoring appraiser" under which to work?

Now may be your time!  Very few appraisers are looking to expand and take on trainees.  But that's just what we're doing at the Samichael Corporation, d/b/a RE/MAX Top Realty!  Our president is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and is willing to consider new trainees.  Maybe YOU should be At the Top!

• Must be licensed real estate Salesman or Broker
• Must be willing to become an Apprentice (Click Here for TALCB Rules) and stay current
• Must be willing to prospect for new clients -- will work mostly on clients you develop
• Must be willing to Join RE/MAX Top Realty (but never do both jobs in the same transaction), but be willing to list. manage and sell real estate, as well as solicit appraisal clients
• Must be willing to conduct all appraisal services under the Supervision of Certified Appraiser, Sam Ferreri, TX-1327144-G, president of Samichael Corporation
• Must have a portable laptop computer OR (preferably) an iPad (or be willing to get one)
• Must be willing to learn WinTOTAL Appraisal software, and purchase your own copy of it under the Certified Appraiser's WinTOTAL license
